Pam Moore x Melton School presents
B’tzelem: Created to Create

an online workshop on the intersection of Judaism and creativity

Wednesday, March 4
Zoom
11-1:15 MT
1:00 - 2:15 PM ET

Jewish tradition begins with an act of creation and places human creativity at its center. In this interactive and reflective session, writer and stand-up comic Pam Moore explores what it means to live and create as beings made b’tzelem Elohim, in the image of a Creator. Drawing on Torah, rabbinic wisdom, and contemporary Jewish voices, we’ll consider creativity as a sacred capacity woven into Jewish life itself.

At the heart of the class is the idea of shefa, the flow of divine abundance that moves through the world and through us when we are open to giving and receiving. Together, we’ll explore creativity as a spiritual practice rooted in attention, openness, and connection. Along the way, Pam will share accessible, practical ways to nurture creativity in everyday life through writing, movement, rest, and intentional focus. This class invites you to reconnect with your creative spark and discover how Jewish ideas can nourish inspiration, meaning, and renewal.
